Billy, I absolutely love this post! It is so true. Secretariat is one of my all time favorite movies because of the leadership characteristics of Penny Chenery that you describe. I have always had great vision and have recently grounded my self confidence through my work as success mentor and coach. Thank you so much for confirming my experience and what my heart knows to be true!

I just can't see starting a goal- (like achieving health) should begin by viewing the world as it really is by looking at reality first. Our reality tells us that Pancreatic cancer is incurable. Reality tells us that there's a 3% survivor rate and that the odds are against us. Reality shows its impossible. How can we achieve greater health by going with reality? I believe its through our disciplined imagination that gets us the results we are seeking. Just my own personal thoughts. :o)

Remember your belief determines your thoughts and your thoughts create feelings and your feelings create your actions - i.e. Your belief dictates your behavior. Learn what belief means so you can activate it into your life and dreams. Great and valuable post by Billy Cox

Billy, great point.

I cant plot a drive to see you in Dallas if I dont know where I am starting from. The challenge in life is that what we see in the mirror is seldom what others see when they look at us. Getting real with our situation is sooooo important. Thanks for reminding us of that point.

Because of you, I am off to do some reality checking.
